Northside Hospital utilizes technology to support their same day discharge program, and analyze patient reported outcome data trends between the hospital and ASC setting. Northside Hospital, a non-profit community hospital in Georgia, started their multidisciplinary same day discharge joint replacement program in 2015.
Their ASC, Advanced Center for Joint Surgery (ACJS), opened in mid 2018. In this whitepaper, we retrospectively reviewed methods of implementing this program through leveraging technology, and outcomes following surgery for analysis.
